COVID-19 Limited Dine In

We are back! Ramen Ichiraku will be returning for our walk in dine in as of 22 May 2020.​ The set up of our humble ramen bar has also gone through significant change to meet the COVID-19 requirements set by the Government including:

​

  1. Limited dining of 14 guests at any one time based on size of venue

  2. Temperature will be taken prior to entry into the premises

  3. Hand sanitiser will be provided and must be used on entry into the premises

  4. Social distancing of 1.5 meters for table set up

  5. Menus will not be provided as such our guests should visit our website to select their dine in items prior to arrival

  6. Contact details including full name, phone number and email address will be collected

  7. Management will reserve the right to refuse entry

Your safety will and always will be our primary concern and we will need our guests to work with us to maintain a safe dine in experience and environment. We will commit to you:

  1. Our team will be wearing face masks and gloves for everyone's protection

  2. The ramen bar will be disinfected regularly

  3. Our usual high hygiene standards will continue to be adhered to

We will need our guests commit to:

​

  1. If you are feeling unwell please stay home and rest up

  2. Please maintain social distancing of 1.5 meters at all times

  3. Seating in the ramen bar is reserved for eating guests only and as such every guest is required to order a main meal or be charged $20

  4. Adhere to the dining time limit of one hour starting when seated

  5. Visit our website and know your dine in order prior to arrival

  6. Keep your alcoholic drinks at home as our BYO services have ceased for the time being

  7. Follow our team's instructions at all times

Walk in service only and no bookings are required. Our takeaway and UberEATS services will continue to be available. We hope to see you soon at Ramen Ichiraku.
